Yes, you can upload your own logo/emblem or name/text on the product page. We can also suggest logos/emblems or names/texts for you. Be aware of uploading copyrighted work without authority constitutes an infringement.

If you need a mockup, please contact our customer service to get it. To make the whole process efficient and accurate, please tell us the flag' exact style, color, and other details. If you have already placed an order, tell us your order number and we will also make a mockup for you. Please get in touch with us at support@loverscustom.com.

Typically we will add a logo outline to contrast well with your chosen product, to request a special color match, just add the note in your order or you can email us: support@loverscustom.com

Yes absolutely. Simply email our sales team at support@loverscustom.com, and in the notes section, mention which logos should be assigned to which flags and where the placement of the logos should be.

If you have any customization requirements for your order, please be sure to leave us a message in the Order Note. Such as font, color, mockup, logo, etc.

We only accept high-quality images, a minimum of 400px by 400px.

Note: If the pixels of the logo you upload are lower than our requirements, our designers need to spend days helping to design and adjust the clarity to achieve the best production effect. Mockup-making time is not included in the standard time frame of your order.

After you upload the logo, our designers will help you adjust the logo to achieve the best production effect. But if the result is not what you want, contact our customer support team and they'll be happy to help make your logo look the way you want it. We can make your logo ideas a reality.

The mock-up allows you to see a preview of your custom baseballs as you customize it. Please note that this preview is not an exact representation and is meant only to give you a general idea of the result.

We have standard locations for decoration (e.g., Your Name or Logo) that may vary slightly from what you see in your product preview.

Our production team will always work to make sure your design looks its best on the custom flags products you order. Slight deviations between the preview we sent to you and your final product should not be considered errors.
